CLASSIC

M/W/F - 5.45am, 7am, 8.10am, 9.15am, 5.30pm

CLASSIC (2 DAY)

Tues/Thurs - 6am, 7.05am

4 week series for $125

4 week, 3 day per week strength and conditioning series. Designed to create general physical preparedness for life and for the mountains. Varied functional movements at high intensity. We warm up together before moving into our strength section. Here we focus on the powerlifts (squats, dead lifts, bench) with the aim to lift heavy for low reps (all relative to the persons level and experience). The crescendo of the class is high intensity mental fitness. Expect burpees, sprints, spin bikes, etc. All scaleable for different levels. MOMS AND TOTS

Tues/Thurs - 10.30am

4 week series for $150

4 week, 2 day per week strength and conditioning series for moms that can bring their babies along. For moms that are 3 months postpartum (or signed off by physio/doctor/midwife to start training).

Infants must be under the age of 2, but no matter the age the infants must stay close to the mother, so not the place for explorers. The gym will NOT be baby proofed. Strollers are welcome (wheels not babies ;) Programming will cater for moms just getting back into fitness (low impact - low weight) and also moms looking to push themselves with more intensity and barbell work. Coach Alice creates a very social, welcoming and supportive space. Many moms progress from this class into our Classic program.

 

ENDURO

saturday - 8.30am

Drop in $10 RICHLIFERS/$20 NON RICHLIFERS

This high paced all action class focuses predominantly on cardiovascular endurance. Functional movements at light/moderate loads interspersed with boats of mono structural work e.g. running, biking, skipping, step ups, etc. Expect to be constantly moving for a 30-40 min workout, nothing to technical, just a good old fashioned sweat session.

This class is 60 mins. No need to book in advance for drop ins, just show up with a water bottle, a positive attitude and cash.

MUSCLE CLUB

MON/WEDS/thurs - 6.35PM

4 week series for $170

The focus of this functional bodybuilding series is building muscle (hypertrophy). Muscle is the organ of longevity, muscle mass later on in life is key to living a durable active life. If your focus is aesthetics then this is the series for you. We work in the 8-20 rep range to take your muscles to or close to failure. We move within functional movement patterns, with various different splits to keep shocking the body into growth. We use free weights and no machines. Expect to press and pull horizontally and vertically, to squat and hinge, lunge and work your core.

The high intensity cardio element of the Richlife Classic series and Enduro is taken away and we focus all our attention on getting the PUMP.
